We bought a used Chevy Volt late November. After test drive and purchase, vehicle went into service mode on the drive home (no propulsion,/brake/power steering). They took the car back and fixed it for us free of charge! It was a very slow process. It took them over a month, but they gave us a loaner while it was being worked on and they were super friendly whenever I checked in. Update, it is now January. Car is still having electrical issues and after 2 failed attempts the dealership is now blaming us and refusing to fix it or unravel the loan, we have driven it less than 100 miles in almost 3 months. So we are stuck with a giant paperweight that we have to pay for. The service department is super patient and friendly even if they could not fix the issue. The salesman keeps not returni
