Morrison Repair

We got a flat tire while traveling on I-80, and while my husband put the donut on our car, I searched for tire repair nearby. I found Morrison Repair just two miles away. Brian answered right away and told us to bring the vehicle in — he’d do whatever it took to get us back on the road as quick as possible. After inspecting the tires, he discovered that all four needed replacement due to wear. Unfortunately, our size wasn’t in stock, but Brian immediately made several calls and tracked down the exact tires we needed. We also had the pleasure of meeting Ron, the owner, and it was clear right away what good, honest people run this shop. Called to get my son’s car fixed while he was in Grinnell. They diagnosed a bad belt and not a new alternator. Got him back on the road and made me trust mechanics again. Highly recommended.

We ended up needing all four tires due to the amount of wear, and Morrison didn’t have our size in stock, I thought we were going to be in trouble. Brian made some phone calls and tracked down the right tires we needed. My family and I truly appreciate Brian stopping he was already working on and making sure my family was safe and back on the road!

We were coming home from South Dakota to Indiana on a successful pheasant hunt when a wheel bearing went out on our truck. After a phone call, we limped to Morrison Repair. They stayed after closing, had the part 15 min later and replaced it in 20 min flat. I think (?) our mechanics name was Ryan, he was awesome. Price was also reasonable. Thank you Morrison Repair!

A couple weeks ago my daughters car broke down on her way to visit her sister at Drake University. I was 3 hours away from my daughter and her sister was another hour away, in the opposite direction. We took a chance and had her car towed to Morrison Repair, and we are so thankful we did. They went above and beyond and had the absolute best experience I could have asked for. I normally don't write reviews, but the outstanding service that we received deserves recognition. If I lived in this area, I would definitely be a life-long customer.
