Had Andy's replace the oil sending sensor unit on our vehicle about two weeks ago. Since that time we had another issue with the vehicle. I stopped into their business and asked them about the diagnostic codes that my scanner gave as output. Was told they were very busy, so call back next week to get an appointment. I called the following week but no one answered the phone, so I left a message and requested a call back to get an appointment. I never received a call back from them, so I called and left another message. Never received a call back, so I contacted another auto repair shop in Soddy Daisy. They performed some diagnostic tests on my vehicle and confirmed my problem. When they contacted me back with their findings, the person on the phone noted they thought I had a bad oil

Andy is an honest mechanic which is hard to come by. Andy has many years of being a mechanic and his knowledge of vehicles shows in the work he has done for me. I drive an hour and half to the shop because I trust him. His wife Christi goes above and beyond in treating every customer as a friend. I highly recommend Andy's Automotive!
