AutoZone Auto Parts

Amanda was wonderful!! Very friendly and helpful! She gladly changed my headlight bulb without question and was fast and efficient. Always a great experience at the Soddy AutoZone!!!

I've done business with AutoZone in Soddy Daisy for 20 plus years, I went to put a cv axle in a customers car and had got the wrong one off Amazon, so I went to the ordered one from Auto Zone it took over night. When I got to the house opened it and was used. Went to return and The Manager Amanda would not order me another 1.Sad to say I'll never do business with AutoZone Again.

I went to exchange brakes on a Warranty and a simple task couldn’t be completed. You could tell neither worker wanted to be there by their attitudes and then tried to overcharge me six dollars. I tried to explain multiple times what the issue was but the associate working said it wasn’t much of a difference in money and then the manager raised her hand up at me to stop talking when I was trying to explain it to her. Finally, after several minutes, they realize they messed up and finally gave me the correct price on my items. Will definitely drive to a different store next time.

Braxton was very friendly and helpful. The world needs more like him!
