I recently took my vehicle in so they could fix an issue with the transmission. while the vehicle was in their care, and being left outside unprotected, there was a storm ….. causing hail damage to the vehicle. when I arrived to pick up the vehicle I was told that “customers whose vehicles were damaged are SOL because our insurance isn’t covering an act of nature” if you’re in business and assume custody of someone’s property then you’re responsible if damage happens while you have the car. so what started out as a simple repair has turned into over $2,500 in hail damage this company should own the responsibility and fix the hail dings

I absolutely avoid writing reviews of any kind, but I’m out of options at this point. We reluctantly took our 2016 Honda Pilot to this business to address a check engine light and three other lights that were on the dash. i say reluctantly because we have had some local friends comment about how much Anglen has been charging, but we needed the convenience of a local mechanic. The automobile was there for a little over two weeks and they said that made some repairs but we needed to drive it for the weekend to see if the lights came back on but we needed to pay them $2400 for whatever they did to the car. I had my car towed to Anglen Automotive after I had my oil changed at another establishment in Waxahachie and my car stopped running. When it arrived, the owner and 2 other employees immediately started diagnosing and working on my car. They worked for almost an hour, found the problem, and then got my car running. There commitment to excellence and customer service was amazing. It is so important to be able to trust your mechanic and now I found a facility that is true. They took a terrible situation, corrected it, and I found a shop in Ellis County for all my future automotive needs.
