This has been my only shop for years.. unfortunately it will be no longer. They are under new ownership and since I have experienced a decrease in quality, workmanship, and honesty. They currently have no alignment rack in service BUT are selling and mounting new tires. When I learned this (AFTER ASKING) I told them not to mount my new tires, but they did anyway (miscommunication.. I don't believe it Cory) I had my alignment checked at another shop immediately after and they found that one of my upper control arms needed to be replaced, which they did for me. IF I had not done my diligence and had that repair done then my new tires would have been significantly damaged. Cory had tried to assure me they would be "fine". They also left the scummy tape residue from the previous wheel balan

If I could leave zero stars I would. I brought my van in to have an issue with the heating fan checked and received it back with noticeably squishy brakes. My brakes ended up going out while I had my small children in the van with me. Luckily we weren’t hurt and I had it towed to a different shop. The mechanic there informed us that power steering fluid had been put into the brake fluid reservoir- essentially destroying the entire system. Annandale Auto were the last to have their hands on it and denied all responsibility. They not only created a massively expensive problem for me- they put my life and the lives of my children at risk. I’m furious and disgusted.

Just got new Mickey Thompson, Baja boss tires put on my F250! I’ve ran these tires multiple times and I’ve never had a shop been able to get it balanced this well I can’t believe it! It’s Awesome!!

Amazing brought my sisters vehicle in they were honest with her about everything and pricing and came in under budget also said it would take 3-4 days to finish, they finished it in 1 day amazing work!!!!

Had a collant leak and upon inspection discovered a potentialy more serious problem. It was recomended to be pro activé and fix the issue before it became à bigger problem, saving additional labor costs and future hassles. Thanks for the heads up!
