I got a gift certificate from a silent auction that they had donated (love their community support) and I needed some work done on my vehicle so it made sense to try them. I usually go to small businesses to support the little guys and for the added attention to details and service I receive. My experience with Country Chev was certainly not the small business feel but they did fix my vehicle and there were no hidden fees or extra charges on the backend which I was thrilled about. They didn't have my part readily available but they offered me a loaner vehicle for the time I had to wait so I definitely appreciated that as well.
