Sok's Rapid Car Wash

The automatic car was took money from my account but didn't let me wash. Called told the owner what happened 2 days later. My cash back and a free wash. Awsome customer service. I do go there a couple times a week for years and never had a problem so must have been a flook. Very nice place always clean.

The one place in the world where one minute equals 47 seconds. Also when the timer starts beeping for 1 minute remaining you better have coins or soks tokens it will never accept $1, $5, $10 or $20. It instead wastes your last remaining minute, I mean 47 seconds while you urgently try to feed it currency to get the last bit of soap off so you won't have to pay another $5, which ironically the machines will take your paper currency when your timer is up. The water is very hard and has high iron content also.

Oh look, they raised the rates. An already expensive car wash for a town this size. The $20 unlimited wash in Buffalo is worth the trip now.

This place is creepy & dirty...very outdated. It's also expensive. I spent almost $20 trying to vacuum my (small) car - the suction wasn't great & it cost $2 every 4 minutes. I used to live close to a do-it-yourself carwash in another state & maybe I got spoiled.

Does excellent job!! Anytime that it did not work right I would call and let them know and they were very polite and reimbursed me for what I paid and also sent me a coupon for a free wash!!
