Anna's Car and Dog Wash

There’s a reason this car wash has 3.7 stars…. It’s not just me.. the car wash itself does a nice job, it’s the staff that’s the problem. I’m 44 and always have new cars. I’ve never seen a car wash in my life that is so selective and petty on which cars they power wash quickly or scrub brush prior to it rolling thru. And even if you get the best wash they still do a horrible job of pre-rinse or scrub. Honestly it’s sad. I’ve called and left messages and nobody calls back. Bottom line they don’t give a crap. They simply want your 20 bucks and have a great day.. been there more than a dozen times so it’s not a singular occurrence. A CAR WASH SHOULD WASH YOUR CAR. Do better. The only reason people go there is Parker is 25 min away..

Every other time I try to go here there are cones blocking the entrance. I noticed there were no cones the other day while getting gas so I quickly swung in. I didn't have time to vacuum my car so went back today. I was told while I was vacuuming I would have to pay $5.00 if I didn't have a carwash. I explained what had happened and he still wouldn't let me. Needless to say I won't be back. I recommend taking down the free vacuum sign because its definitely not free.

We tried the dog wash three times and two of the times there was no soap. I recently washed our dogs there and it already had my card charged and the whole time only water would come out of the shampoo setting. That evening I was telling my husband about it and he said the last time he took our dogs there was no soap either. I said I wished he had let me know, I would have tried to contact the owner sooner. So we just spent money on some very expensive rinses. I drove up to Denver for the day with them and enjoyed the lovely smell of wet, dirty dog. :/ The very first time we used it it was fine. We used to use the same self-serve wash up in Littleton, so we are very familiar with how it all works. I tried three times emailing the owner with the email address they provide on their website t

We have always had great service at Annie’s until today. Today when we took the car through the wash it came out streaked with dirt. Also, the two attendants manning the bay did not spray the car as has always happened in the past. When I asked if the car could be rerun through the wash the attendants said we would have to pay again. When I asked to speak to the manager we were told he would have the same answer. Very disappointing experience. Back to the manual car wash we shall go!

So I went through and paid $15 for half of my car to be washed?!?!. I go back around and go in and speak with a gentleman and show him my wheels and the fact that if I drive on them pass that car wash. Yeah, it's gonna wobble my car because there's still dirt in the rims and ALOT OF IT and yeah, he told me to go back around and go through again and was very nice, but then a female comes out and says no because I paid for the cheaper car wash, $15 for a car wash I think is outrageous first time going there and very last time. That was a very poor service, and this is how my car looks! I would not recommend to everyone and I will spread the word!!
