Big O Tires

JT and Zan made finding tires for my 2018 m5 easy and quick, couldn’t have been clearer with pricing and what tires would fit my needs. Did a thorough inspection and said the car looked great. Didn’t try any shady upsells only let me know what my car needed. Will 100 percent be bringing my 2018 340 and my M5 back here for tires and other maintenance good to know I found guys I can trust!

Taylor at Big O Tires took great care of me. Even on a busy Saturday, they managed to work me in between appointments and got everything handled unbelievably fast. The service felt almost fanatical in the best way—focused, detail-oriented, and clearly customer-first. I’d absolutely recommend Taylor and the team to anyone who wants quick, reliable tire service.

They handled my wheel as if it were scrap. Taylor Hunt made me a deal when I brought in a single loose wheel and tire to mount and balance: "If I get it done under 15 minutes, you have to leave a review". He did get it done under 15 minutes. So here's my review. Taylor sacrificed quality for speed, by clamping my aluminum wheel on the inside with the tire machine. He didn't feel it necessary to take the time to handle my wheel carefully by clamping from the outside of the rim. The clamps pierced through the protective paint layer, and exposed raw aluminum (picture attached of one set of pierce marks left by clamping from the inside). Over time, road salt will corrode the aluminum and cause the paint surrounding these pierce marks to flake away. I will not be bringing business here again. A

An added plus is its convenient location in the shopping center with Safeway allowing me to get my caffeine fix at the same time! We will be back!

I had some issues with my tires after how many an alignment somewhere else a friend of mine told me about what good service they had in Elizabeth so he had new tires put on and made sure that they did my alignment. It was a great experience. they were very kind easy to work with and quick service.
