Annie's Auto

This was my first time using Annie’s Auto and they came highly recommended in the Avon area. I have a BMW and they were able to complete the work needed quicker than expected and with fair prices! My engine overheated and I found out I had a significant leak and coolant was pouring out. I love how they sent updates via text and I was able to see what they found with my vehicle rather than just being told over the phone. As a visual learner this was so helpful! I highly recommend foreign car owners (and all makes and models) to use Annie’s!

I am so happy we chose to give Annie’s Auto a try! My husband’s car was acting strange and they were able to diagnose the problem right away! They have very reasonable pricing and excellent service. There was never that fear of being a woman in an auto shop - they were very respectful, honest, and answered all of my questions. I especially appreciated the online report sent from the inspection. My husband could look at it with me while he was out of town and all repairs were explained in a way that made sense with pricing clearly labeled. We were completely in charge of what services we would like to approve and deny. It was the absolute best experience I’ve had at any auto shop and we will absolutely be back!

Very transparent and went over and above in terms of finding solution to my problem. It turned out to be a recall issue that never got to me from car dealership. My office co worker recommended them for their honesty which is why I will taking my other cars for service and routine issues like tire changes and rotations from now on.

Great customer service and follow up. Just one thing. Recommended struts but was told I didn’t need them yet and some shops go by age of car or mileage. Glad I found that out. Other than that and missed a crack in catalytic converter, very happy with Annie’s service.

Annie’s Auto excels at communicating easily, clearly, and in a timely manner. They patiently answered any additional questions we had before proceeding with repairs. We keep digital copies of all our car records, and we were able to compare AA prices with those of other shops - their prices were spot on. Additionally, they won points with us for their availability - it was easy to schedule. Finally, they completed the repairs and then the additional repairs faster than originally quoted. We feel confident in Annie’s Auto being our shop of choice for our vehicles going forward.
