Jiffy Lube Oil Change

Great service! DJ was especially helpful. I came for an oil change on my car and had my kids with me. They made sure I was in and out very quickly. Also, they didn't try to upsell me on anything. This will definitely be our new go-to place for oil changes!

Arrived with 2 cars ahead, okay...no problem. It took forever, then my oil change took forever. Think I was there an hour. Signs posted 15 minute oil change...well? While they went over everything offered, etc. I wasn't paying that close of attention sitting in my car, but I didn't see them add any fluids or the oil. Had to ask to see the dipstick to see if it had a correct level, checked at home too. Cost was 1.5x what the dealership would charge you. Staff was friendly, but trying to work on multiple cars at once. Gave me a $25 coupon. I went here because it was 4.7/5 stars, so I thought this will be great. Needed this in a pinch. I'll stick to the dealership from now on. Just my preference. Will update here tomorrow to see if anything leaks or it's good. I'm hopeful.

I opted to stay in my car during the oil change. It was pretty amazing how thorough yet fast the service was. The technician was extremely careful taking everything apart. They did a more thorough job than the last dealership that serviced the car. They also didn't try to upsell me.

Customer service was outstanding and I recommend people in the area take full advantage! The opportunity to provide quality service with caring employees is hard to find.
