My repair service was excellent. Estimator Jim Schnitz was fully transparent in assessing the damage to my Hyundai Kona and the required repairs. I am pleased with the work done and the turnaround time.

Great communication throughout the entire repair process and kept me up to date with everything they were doing to my vehicle. They did an amazing job with the repair and definitely take pride in what they do. Hopefully I never have to be back but if I do I know my car will be in great hands.

Just had another great experience with Crash Champions in Avon, OH! 🙌 I stopped by to get a couple scuffs looked at on my 2024 Chevy Equinox EV. Jim and Tija came right out with a buffer and fixed it for me—free of charge. Seriously, who does that anymore?! Crash Champions Avon has an awesome team they kept me informed of the repairs even when the person assigned to me had a medical issue the other representative filled in seemlessly. Even the receptionist was polite and helpful. They did a great job in completing everything that needed repair on my vehicle even tinting the broken window, which is normally not one of their service. GREAT JOB CRASH CHAMPIONS!!

My car looked better than the day it came out of the showroom. They did an absolutely phenomenal job on it. I am very happy.
