BAD. I’m not one to leave negative reviews but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a body shop. To start, the communication on their end was horrendous. They continued to call the wrong number for weeks despite being able told countless times they had the wrong number on file. More importantly, they didn’t even complete the repair. They insisted that everything was working upon pickup, but it clearly wasn’t and they refused to take responsibility. Rather than remaining in good faith and offering a solution, I now have to pay an additional $500+ out of pocket because the case with insurance was already closed upon the first repair. To say this was a nightmare would be an understatement. Im sure I will get a reply on here saying that I did not communicate clearly on my end or so

I needed an oil change so badly and was so afraid of my car seizing. I was at multiple shops to get this oil change and everyone was unable to get the hood open and refused. I ultimately ended up here and was so nervous about what problems I was going to run into. Brian was so helpful and made accommodations to work on my car around my work schedule. I ended up needing a hood lock and a new hood release cable which was communicated to me in a clear and timely fashion. They had the parts ordered and hood fixed with in 24 hrs and for a fair price. I’m very grateful for their time and service. This place has definitely earned my trust. I 100% recommend.

The work was okay, but the customer service was not good. When I first walked into Anthony‘s auto and spoke with Bryan. He told me they would fix my van up and make it look as good as new and they did a relatively good job, but the customer service that was provided was not as good as the work I came to them December 6 and told them what happened with my accident. He said he would order the parts so that they’d get there as soon as possible so I stopped by the next day and dropped off the check from the insurance. They told me to call back January 6 and they would let me know if the parts had arrived so I could drop it off the seventh when I called the lady at the desk told me that pretty much all the parts were in except for a couple that would be coming in that week and I was good to dro

I cannot say enough good things about Anthony’s Autobody. My vehicle was recently deemed a total loss, and while my insurance company made the entire process incredibly difficult, the team at Anthony’s — especially Brian — went above and beyond for me. Brian truly became my advocate throughout this ordeal. He stepped in, communicated directly with my insurance, and helped push things forward when I felt completely stuck. He turned an overwhelming, frustrating situation into something manageable, and I genuinely don’t know how I would have gotten through it without his support. My Mazda was involved in an accident affecting both passenger side doors, trimming and everything that comes with it. We worked with Jimmy who was very personable and able to answer all of our questions. Jimmy and the rest of the team were able to get our car fixed up in a timely manner-even sooner than they originally estimated (huge plus!) and we were given frequent updates through email. Red Rhonda looks as good as new now!! We were very impressed with our experience with Anthony’s Auto! If needed, we would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone in the area.
