NAPA Auto Parts - Shrewsbury Auto Parts

I had gone to another NAPA store for 20 lug nuts, but for some reason 5 of the 20 lug nuts were different even though they all had the same exact NAPA part number. Upon arriving at the Shrewsbury NAPA store the owner of the store saw what the difference was as 15 of the lug nuts were made in India while the 5 that were different were made in China. He reached out to his main supplier and immediately ordered 5 more lug nuts that were made in India so I would have a matching set of 20. Other NAPA stores made me feel like I was crazy but the owner of this Shrewsbury store was so patient and kind. I highly recommend this store as they would definitely take the time to make sure you have the exact part you need. Five star store and 5 star owner.

Ordered wipers online and picked them up in the store. The guy behind the counter was nice enough to install them. Would return again for anything auto related.

Dave and his staff will bend over backwards to help you out and are extremely knowledgeable about every make and model of vehicle! They have been helping me with every car I have owned over the past 30+ years and Dave even came to my house once when I couldn't figure something out!!! Now if that's not customer loyalty and being a friend I don't know what is ❤!!! It's the first place I go to get their opinions after I get an estimate from a repair shop to make sure I'm not getting ripped off!!! Love you guys 😉! Purchased 5 quarts of Mobil One Oil - more than needed, to qualify for the $12 rebate they had on the display. Turns out thier location does not qualify for rebates from Mobil One, so they used it as false advertising to sell more oil. Spoke to Manager Dave who did not offer to help out in any way except for "I guess they are right as we do not buy oil directly from Mobil One." POOR SERVICE - WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. WILL DRIVE 5 EXTRA MILES JUST TO AVOID THEM.

The one and only Daisy Henninger is a goddess in a barrel of grease monkeys! No slight against the others at the Shrewsbury location but Daisy has time and again had the most patience, best personality and utmost professionalism at every interaction.
