I had my car repaired here and I want to start by saying the actual repair work was great. My car came back looking exactly how it should, and I was happy with the quality of the fix. However, I was disappointed to discover something afterward. I checked my dash cam footage out of curiosity and saw employees driving my car while openly trash-talking it the entire time. They stopped once they noticed the dash cam. While the work itself was done well, that behavior felt extremely unprofessional. When customers trust you with their vehicle, respect should come with that. I’m giving credit where it’s due for the repair quality, but professionalism definitely needs improvement.

Office staff was friendly and helpful. A live person answers the phone when you call! Work looks great and they coordinated with the rental car company for me. Also price was thousands less than the other place I checked with! Many thousands less! Definitely recommend.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Collex Collision. The paint job was done terribly and looks rushed and uneven, far from what you would expect from a professional body shop. To make matters worse, my car was returned to me with a dent in the door that absolutely was not there before I brought it in. They also claimed they replaced a rear taillight that was never damaged or touched in the accident, which raises serious concerns about the accuracy and honesty of their repair documentation. When I questioned this, I was met with dismissive and rude behavior from the front office staff rather than any willingness to investigate or make things right.
