Anytime Towing & Recovery

Arrived promptly, no issues with towing. The problem arose when we went to pick up our car. Would not accept payment over the phone and refused to stay open till 5:00 as advertised. Office smelled like pot when we arrived. Owner returned when my 75-year-old husband was struggling to get the car chained to the trailer and did not offer to help. Walked right past us into the building. Would not want to do business with them again.

Absolutely rude! Asked if I had an opinion to tow my own vehicle bald headed driver says to me laughing well I'm already hooked up!! Basically stole a vehicle knowing I had my own towing service! Guess taking money during the holidays is good as long as its from US

The owner was very respectful and considerate and very nice. Very understanding as well. Very organized and takes his time to make sure you get the help you need. Honest and trustworthy. The best attitude. I recommend this company to everyone!!!! Thank you for all your help.

Like some of the later reviews Marks compassion, people skill and work ethic are horrible.I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE. Richies Towing maybe a little more pricey but they will come faster and not drive around with your vehicle while doing other jobs.I only wanted to know where and why this fool was across town with my car, when my drop off was only 3 miles away.Mark was so rude and arrogant he even went the extra mile to have payment from insurance denied so that my husband would have to pay out of pocket.And then because we told him to wait, as we did for my car to be delivered he picked my car back up from the shop and kept it in his junk yard until we came back to him with cash.Mark Must Go!!!Get Out of our community with your MEAN and BULLYING spirit!!

We locked the keys up in the truck and when I called they were so nice and said he would send a guy right over. We didn't have to wait long at all for the truck to show up and the guy get us into our truck. He was very professional and took great care in getting our door open.
