Mike, the manager at the Tukwila location, was genuinely great to work with. He was laid-back, approachable, and provided excellent customer service—easily a 10/10. He communicated clearly throughout the process and took the time to explain details about my car, including pointing out areas that had been previously repainted. He was upfront about how those areas might not respond to paint correction the same way as the rest of the vehicle, which I appreciated. He also made accommodations by matching competitors by adding extras to my package to earn my business, which says a lot about his commitment to customer satisfaction. Outstanding service from APC setting my i7 up for easy maintenance washes throughout my lease term with the “Sport” coating package. Went with them for window tint as well and the whole package came together nicely. Professional people, incredible service, and highly competitive rates. This is a very high quality business. They sell a range of products and services ranging from very good to excellent. They were super helpful and did not try to up-sell me to the highest end options just “because”. They also offer, and honor, an annual touch-up and application of an additional layer of coating. This costs them a lot of money in the firm of time and they have been great about it, even reminding me when I’ve been eligible for this benefit across both of the two cars that they’ve worked on for me.

Wanted to give a shout out to Mike for the work he has done on my 2014 Lexus IS 350 F Sport vehicle. He did an amazing job for the annual ceramic coating gold package I have done every year and also had the headlights redone defogging them. Overall everything came out amazing!
