Very professional service

They are one of the oldest towing company of Tukwila, WA their towing rates are affordable and they always reach in time. They are best in winching out cars from snow and i usually call them for that purpose.

They arrived 40 minutes beyond the estimated time which, in itself, isn’t a big deal but when you have the customer’s number why wouldn’t you call to let them know? When they arrived neither of the two employees were wearing masks and only one had gloves (This happened during the statewide mask mandate). The two men asked for my keys and begun rifling through my trunk instead of just asking me where my tow hook was. Once they got my car hooked up they informed me I’d have to either call an Uber or ride in my own vehicle (which is illegal) because they didn’t have room in the cab. I asked if they could order the Uber since transporting the customer is typically included in a towing service but they said they would not do that. These guys were not professional at all.
