Les Schwab Tire Center

This location is SO SLOW compared to other Les Schwabs. Went in for flat tire and this was closest place nearby when I noticed the flat. I've been to other Les Schwab locations for the same issue and it always takes just 1 hour even at their busy times and when more ppl are there. This time there's only a few ppl, I know they have other appts too most likely, but when they finally bring my car into the shop and let it just sit there for 15 mins before taking tire off, then wait another 15 before putting tire on...why does it take 30+ mins to take a tire off and put new one on? After waiting more than an hour for you to even look at my car from the parking lot. We already agreed on new tire, at other locations it only took them 10 mins to physically change the tire once it was in the shop.

This shop is fantastic, the service is excellent. I went to get my tire repaired today, and they did it for me free of charge. I'm very grateful.

I had a road incident driving over a pot hole that shattered my wheel and gave me an instant flat. I was greeted by Curtis and introduced to Nathan while providing me with exceptional customer service outline my options of new wheel and tire replacement due to the tread wear and staggered setup I had on the car. I made the decision to square up the wheels and tires since they are brand new. Nonetheless, they provided me with a ride to my specified destination and was able to complete the car the same day I arrived. I drove home with confidence on my new wheel and tire set. This location provides prompt service and understood my needs (provides me the ability to make informed decisions regarding my Winter/Summer Tire Setups), and they are great at getting the car to relearn the tire pressure sensors when swapping between the Winters/Summer sets (for some businesses this can be quite difficult for them to figure out, specifically dealerships who will overcharge for something they struggle to do). Les Schwab serves customers well as a whole, and they have the vibe that they’re going to do what they promise (even after being bought out by Meritage Group). I’ve gone to many locations throughout California, Oregon, and Washington, and they’ve always been a good choice for my needs.
