Took it in because my car was not starting, he put in a new starter then revved my car to hell and blew the alternator, made me pay for the alternator and told me it was in a tough area to get to when my alternator is right in front when you open the hood, reprogrammed my car and now I have issues with my electronic gearbox. Came to to pick up the car paid $2000 and was told my car all the sudden is leaking antifreeze and oil and all the sudden was told I have a suspension issue, when I start my car it notifies me it’s leaning to one side as if it was jacked or lifted incorrectly. Was told I can get the code cleared there for the electronic gearbox when it pops up and that they may be able to tune it out of the system. When I call I get no answer it’s been 2 weeks. Run — Don’t Walk Away from This Place Went in for a simple oil change, and they took my car in right away. I decided to wait inside the shop while they worked on it — and that’s when things got concerning. Two *kids* (not even teenagers) came out and started working on my car. I was honestly stunned. They didn’t use the lift — just jacked the car up from one side and crawled underneath to drain the oil. With the car tilted like that, there’s no way the oil fully drained. Thankfully, no damage was done, but the whole experience was unprofessional and completely unsafe. I will **never** be coming back here, and I strongly suggest anyone reading this to take their car somewhere that values proper training and safety standards.
