After a hit-and-run of my car, my insurance company sent me to Apex. They are their preferred body shop. From the moment I walked through their doors, until I picked up my car today, their service was nothing but exceptional. From Justin to Rob to the young lady at the front desk, anybody I encountered, they were friendly and knowledgeable, and only wanted to provide me with the best customer experience. Enterprise rental also works regularly with them and that was also a streamlined process. They met me there, and I was able to leave the rental when I picked up my car. Echoing many of the other reviewer's comments re: the quality of work and service provided. Apex impressed me from the start by coordinating with Enterprise to make sure I had a replacement vehicle while mine was being repaired. The completed work looks great and as a bonus, the interior was cleaned and looks as good as a well-used vehicle can!

Amazing work and customer service! Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. Justin was wonderful and they did extra bodywork for me which came out so well and at a reasonable price! My car looks like new! And the interior was so clean! I highly recommend Apex Auto Body!
