Apollo RV Rentals - New York Branch

We had a nice experience overall. It started out looking bad. However with pictures of our unit as proof, we were able to show we had not done any damage. The staff at this location were very kind to girlfriend and myself.

Friendly but unorganized. We waited hours for them to fix the issues with the overcharges. But they were really great people. The RV was gorgeous! The driver was a dud. But I had fun.

The RV and all of the amenities worked great. Had pots, pans, toaster, even a tea kettle, awesome. Everything was very easy to use. Edna was very friendly, helpful and answered all my questions.

The manager is awesome and he's very helpful as is the entire team. Great selection of RVs. Tight parking lot, go easy pulling in with an RV.

just there to steal your money, lying twisting screaming making up non existent policy's, and the >MANAGER IS THE WORST OF ALL< for your own good Stay FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!
