I had one of my employees go to have an alternator rebuilt for 1 of my vessels. They said they couldn't repair it & gave my employee another rebuild alternator that cost $130.00 plus kept my old alternator. The alternator they gave us did not work on this particular vessel. I had him go back to Central Jersey Starter & Alternator to return it & get my refund of $130.00. They gave him my old alternator back, then took the alternator they gave us . The gentleman there refused to give my employee back my $130.00 refund. I not only lost 2 days of work on that particular vessel which accounts for a minimum of $2,000.00 , plus my employees lost wages, and $130.00 they refused to refund me. I will be seeking legal council about this situation. I also will report this to the Better Business
