Appearance Plus Car Wash

So it’s not a bad car wash. But the blowers suck at the end. They spent all that money to upgrade it and the blowers are terrible. Also, I am on the $28 a month service for getting your car done whenever you want. I have two vehicles so I’m paying $52 a month. So when I am told that they’re Not open for two days I would like a little bit of that money back for each of my vehicles. It seems to be a common thing. So I tried to call them, but they do not have a phone that is working. I find this utterly ridiculous being that this is a business. So two thumbs down.

I have been to this location about 13 times now in the last year. Every time I come to empty out trash (plastic cups, crumbs, receipts ) the trash is always filled to the brim. Today I came to clean out the back of my trunk, my children’s backseats as well as clean my car through the car wash services and vacuuming services. Upon cleaning the attendant inside was apparently watching everything I was doing he came out and complained about that how much I was cleaning out. When I arrived I checked the trash can to see if it was full which it was only 25% full already when i was almost done it was half way full. He proceeded to tell me that it’s common sense if you have more than a little trash to clean it at home. And asked me to stop and leave. Worker named Andy. I have never been to any ca

Worst automated car wash I ever been to. It was way too fast. The guy acted like he couldn't be bothered. Very rude. Didn't say one word to me. Like I said, the conveyor belt that pulls your car was entirely too fast. All other car washes I've been to does a really thorough job. This one you're in and out in like 2 seconds and not in a good way

I went here a couple months ago when it was 30 degrees and all 3 of the self service bays were closed. I went inside to ask the employee working why they were closed and he very rudely said it was "too cold." When I tried to ask him about the website saying it was open as long as it was above 0 degrees he completely ignored me and walked away. I went here again the other day when it was 34 degrees out and all of the bays were closed again. It seems like he only has them open when he feels like it. I want to go wash my car but don't feel like wasting gas driving down there just to find out he didn't feel like opening them and get screamed at by the rude employee working there.

The self service bays are closed more than they're open in the winter time and I refuse to get my car scratched to shit in the automatic bay. The only reason it gets a decent rating is because the self service is extremely affordable and they take card payment too.
