They adjusted from the work I initially requested to what I preferred be done to my car (once I got their professional opinion). They adjusted (lowered) the price to reflect the work done. They also gave me a thorough tour/explanation of work that my car definitely needs, soon, and gave me a detailed list (with prices) for this recommended work.

I had a problem with a sort of floaty feeling when driving. Some other shops I took my car too couldnt figure it out. These guys were right on the issue sorted it out and got it fixed. They also got me in 40 minutes early and I was out of there 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Great guys will be back again.

Needed a new car battery! I was greeted promptly and waited on by two employees! Both friendly and eager to help me! They had an assistant tech get the details off my car, determined the correct battery for my car. The tech installed the new battery as I waited only approximately 5 -6 minutes in their comfortable waiting area. The tech came in with the old battery. I had a couple of questions regarding the new battery life etc. Paid my bill and as back on the road feeling confident with the new battery!! Nice experience!

Simple snow tire swap, estimated time was 30-40 minutes, car was inside the shop over 3 hours. Multiple hidden fees, I was charged for both a tire changeover and mounting/balancing. $22 for “valve stems” even though the car has tire sensors, was told it’s for the valve core (about a $.10 part) that I did not approve to be replaced. All told it was $156 to mount tires I already own, nothing else.
