This auto maintenance place is the biggest rip-off I've ever been to. The mechanics and owner are pompous punks out to take your money for things you do not need. Including services said they have to do, which they don't. They are big story tellers, making a big deal out of nothing to cost you more. I've lived in this town most of my life and I don't want a business like this in my town. I have told over 2 dozen people about how untrustworthy they are at ARC auto service, and will continue to do so until they are done, out of business, gone.

i've been coming to Wendy & Craig since I started driving at 17 & they are the most honest & wonderful people!! They tell me exactly what I need & when I need it, are super honest about parts & pricing, I can't recommend them enough!!! If you want straight forward communication & transparency, you have to go to ARC!!!

When you find a great mechanic you can trust and not to be ripped off !!! That’s a keeper!!! And his wife at the front desk she can keep you laughing the whole time you’re there!!!! So what can I say great mechanic you get to laugh before you leave you’re not getting ripped off and they call you as soon as your car is done five stars I would give more, but it only allows you to get five🚙

Wendy and Craig are absolutely phenomenal. I’ve been coming here for a little bit now and every visit, they’ve answered every question I’ve had in great detail. They’ve helped me fix an oil leak, a power steering fluid leak, changed my tires and oil, etc. and always get the job done quickly and beautifully! Absolutely the kindest and most patient owners you could have the pleasure to speak with. Prices are more than fair - I was quoted hundreds to fix an oil leak at a mechanic out of state on a road trip. I called ARC and they told me I could safely drive back to NJ, and Craig fixed the issue in a day at an extremely reasonable price. Could not say enough nice things about Wendy and Craig - thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I had brakes that squealed for 8 months!! Went to another garage and back and forth to Lexus They were so bad people would ask if I was okay! I had stopped at ARC and asked for a favor with another problem ! They came out and fixed with an adjustment. Time went by from that incident — Stopped to get gas and asked if they thought they could heip with my brake issue!!! FINALLY The mechanic brought my brake Pads ,they were missing the part in the center Hence I had metal on metal.!!! Not only are the staff at ARC Knowledgeable but they are supportive and wonderful to work with! If you want your car to be running at optimum Go to ARC👍😊
