Arizona Firestone - Chandler

Picked up my parents from the airport and we were on our way to watch my son play in his football game when my tire pressure warning came on, and the PSIs were going down by the minute. There was a nail in the tire. We stopped at this Firestone that was luckily close by. Daniel the manager was very helpful, as well as the tire tech (I didn’t get his name). They got us right in and repaired the tire. We were in and out within 30 mins. And made it in time for the second half of the game. So thankful for their efficient and quality work!

I will not be returning or trusting these mechanics ever again. I’ve gone to Firestone for a few years now and this location is inconsistent with every other location I’ve been serviced at. 6 months when I got my oil changed they charged me $89. This location changed me $120. Bad on my part because I assumed they found the car’s file and did the same oil that it’s had at every other location(That’s why I always used Firestone even when I move). Every other location asked me if I normally got my oil changed at Firestone and discussed options with me and confirmed price before service. Not this location: It wasn’t until after the oil changed when I was told they had done the most expensive option. Not only this but another customer who was waiting with me was being charged extra for an hours

Jason and his crew are always the best! They were able to get me a new set of tires, oil change and much more at a great price. They also found items that were going to go out soon and did a great job fixing those items right away at an affordable price! Highly recommend and will be back with all my vehicles.

Jason is very knowledgeable, helpful and always looks after your interest first. His staff emulates this behavior too and I highly recommend this location for all your auto needs.

So thankful for this shop! I'm so thankful for this shop! Jason and Daniel and the gang totally saved us on a couple of vehicle repairs. We felt like other shops were messing with us, but not at Arizona Firestone. They gave us the straight scoop and helped us save money on repairs. They also rolled right in and got us going again when we had to bring a car back when one of the repairs didn't take. I think I finally found an honest shop! I guess I'll be driving Firestone Tires bringing my cars here from now on!
