I just want to say this was the best purchase process I've ever been a part of. I wanted a vehicle I could travel to the valley in on a semi-regular basis. The first car I chose, however, did not meet up to my expectations. I told Mike what my issues were, and he got me in to choose a new vehicle right away. This was a much better choice, and I knew immediately, but Mike let me drive it to the valley and around town with dealer plates until the paperwork was transferred over and to be sure this was the one for me. Because of the holiday and the fact that I changed my mind on the vehicle in the first place, the purchase was actually delayed a bit longer than I expected. But that was no fault of the dealership. I have been to their showroom floor looking at motorcycles THREE different times and sales staff just walked by without saying a single word! One other time I was looking at a classic cars on the lot for 10 mins or so, again not one person asked if I needed help. Their customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced.

Walked around for 10 minutes, no info on any used car/trucks, year, miles, price, nothing. They were open, I saw people milling about inside. Amazing, no one wanted to sell a car.

Caroline Reidhe was the best. She greeted us when we arrived, checked us in quickly and even sold me an oil service plan. She kept us informed and let us know when our truck was ready. The whole dealership is friendly and well run. Highly recommend and will return.

Got a Honda XR from here new and had a defect in the front shock tube from the factory and they took care of it and ordered the parts quickly. This is a good dealership and good people work here they won't try to rip you off or sell you something you don't want. I recommend going here for a motorcycle or vehicle over any place in the mountain.
