Drove in without appointment for a last minute emissions testing. There were several people in the waiting room. The staff were attentive, polite and efficient. They took care of the emissions testing in about 20 minutes. They immediately uploaded it to the DMV website and I was able to renew my registration immediately online before leaving the garage’s parking lot.

I visited this shop for diagnostics and was charged a rate that was significantly higher than what I’ve typically encountered elsewhere. The findings provided to me were limited, with minimal explanation or detail, which made it difficult to fully understand the issue or the recommended next steps. Based on this experience, I chose not to move forward with additional services. I would suggest that future customers compare diagnostic pricing and request clear, itemized information to ensure the shop is the right fit for their needs. Unfortunately I fixed the issue with my former mechanic and it wasn’t even what they said. That saved me roughly $2400.🤯

The pricing was good and definitely cheaper than other places I checked. The work was done very nicely, and I’m happy with the results. It took two weeks. Overall I’m satisfied with the results. I appreciate the honest pricing and quality work.

These guys were great! Did a walk in appointment on a weekend for a state emissions inspection - all the people were very nice and was in and out in 30 minutes. Really appreciated they had Sunday hours too.

On 9.11.25, I received an oil change and a vehicle inspection at Arlington Auto Repair. The inspection passed with no issues. The very next day 9.12.25, my car started leaking coolant and the heater hose had to be replaced (which was not noticed or denoted in the inspection) and costed me an extra $278. My $50 oil change now turns in to a $328. Of course, things break, and it could have been a coincidence, but the timing of when these incidents occurred are suspicious. For that reason, I will not return.
