This is precisely the type of repair shop that gives all a bad name. Will be reporting them to Subaru Corporate and BBB. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR OR SEEK SERVICE FROM THIS SHOP. My elderly in-laws purchased a brand new Forester from this dealership in 2017. They had the shop perform all scheduled /routine maintenance. After my in-laws passed away, we were surprised to learn that the car needed a new transmission after only 50+k miles. Out of loyalty, we returned to this shop for the repair/replacement (under warranty). We were understanding when they kept the car twice as long as promised, due to staffing issues. Then things went south quickly. My husband picked the car up just before closing and soon found two major issues that DID NOT exist when we dropped the car off with them. First, a t
