We bought a trailer yesterday. The product and value were first rate. Bobby Arnett was very helpful, knowledgeable, and great to deal with. We came from central Virginia to work with them and will certainly do so again.

I took my 2017 Duramax dually there for them to install the flatbed.... the owner jerked me around for weeks saying he didn't know when they'd even have time to put my CM skirted flatbed on. I had to keep calling and they said they'd get back to me and never would. I had to keep calling him and reminding him to schedule me. He kept blaming everything on his employees. Finally once they got me in it took almost 3 days. To install my flatbed. My rubber grommets were all messed up around the lights on the headache rack. I asked them to order my bed rails and to call me when they would come in.... it's been a month and I've still heard nothing back. They didn't even know the prices to there own stuff. They don't write anything down and have no track for records on there quotes they give peop
