Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers

I've been anxiously awaiting the opening of this automotive repair place. I was able to stop in last Friday to get an oil change on the truck. The staff were friendly and helpful. Some staff are still learning the ropes so be patient. This didn't affect the quality of care they give to your vehicle. I was impressed by the things they check that other competitors do not. They checked turn signals, brake lights, headlights, as well as the fluids and filters. The staff were very thorough and seemed to like their job. I will bring my other vehicle there soon. Good job!

Went in for what I thought was a simple oil change turned out to be not so simple. The mechanics I used on my last oil change tightened my oil pan bolt so tight that this time Express couldn't get it off. So they weren't able to change my oil out. During this process they showed me the rear main seal was leaking and that's why I didn't have any oil in my tank at all. Win for me. Luckily they were able to top me off with oil and give me suggestions as to what I need to do to get my bolt fixed to include possibly replacing my whole oil pan. Not exactly what I was expecting when I went in but I definitely appreciate the professionalism and the eagerness to help me out in a tough situation.
