They’ve had our car for over two months and have lost the only key we have for it. They keep making excuses on what happened to the key and why they can’t find it and fix our car. Don’t recommend them. And we need the car fixed now because we’re down to one car
I have never received such a thorough diagnostics report on my Traverse, even from dealerships!! They charged a reasonable amount to replace transmission fluid and additive! Very nice at front desk with Justin. Thank you will be back

I wanted to give a major shout out to The Diesel Lab !!! This is the first time I can remember being at a shop that I genuinely left feeling like I didn't want to throat punch somebody 😂. Not only that BUT I was truly satisfied that 2 weeks ago they LISTENED when I explained what was wrong and any information I had to offer regarding work done recently elsewhere that may help diagnose the issue. It also may sometimes not have jack squat to do with what is wrong now. The point is they LISTENED and now I know they have all the info I can provide that may help if needed to diagnosed the problem. I had my vehicle at a dealership for routine maintenance a few weeks prior, Explorer drove like crap when I left. Took it back and asked them to check for the issue. Problem did not get resolved succ
Bought a 96 f450 tow truck in November didn't make it home transmission went out got that fixed and drove it from Winchester and next morning it died pulling out of driveway and wouldn't restart it sat for almost 2 months had several people look at it no one could figure out what was wrong with it everyone said CPU but a $1000 is not a easy gamble and it not be problem. I finally broke down and had it towed to these guys and they found the true problem the connector for the cam sensor was bad so hats off to diesel lab I would recommend them to anyone 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻5 thumbs up
