If I can give a 0 I would. I highly do not recommend this place. My car was ready as I was told Friday today is Tuesday I made a special trip from our of town(family emergency) an still waiting. We were told it had a new tire and alignment as well. All that was a lie that's complete insurance fraud. It's been nothing but issues. My car also has marks and dents that were not there when it was taken in. Edited may 16th 2025. I had to call the cops just to get my car back. There was several reason this man claimed to hold my car. Last reason I was given Wednesday is because I left a review and I won't get it till I take it down. Came in for an estimate on a damage on my vehicle and I was told by the owner I will get an email on the estimate because I waited for an estimate at the office but his computer was having issues and I never received an email. Called to follow up but the number was not available. I could only imagine the work they provide since they don’t even provide honesty to their customers. Good service to the customers means a good company and definitely this company doesn’t offer that.

This guy wants to make money at his pace. He will close shop for 2 weeks or better than expect the public to come back for estimates.. He puts a sign up office closed... What kind of business is this??? I won't ever be going back, I can't even imagine how his one worker feels about not making any money for 2 weeks... And people wonder why there is always a help needed sign out there.... Wish I could put a negative star on this..

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! BAD WORK!! Guy who does hail damage estimates need to be fired!! Bad service and rude attitude. Asked him can I bring it in for estimate right now? He’s answer NOPE. BAD SERVICE as can see by the reviews! Stay away !!!

will rip you off was supposed to order OEM PARTS .. ordered cheap knockoff-parts didn't replace half the things that were need to be done because my girlfriend handled it he thought he could rip her off .. sent back all the part there were supposed to go on
