If you buy from them don’t trust there “inspection”Bought a truck from them. It broke down twice before I even started working. Finally was able to start work lasted three days before it went down again. Good thing I got the ntp warranty bad thing is I only been able to work for three days since I bought the truck in late October. Know better for next time if it’s too good to be true it’s because it is. Update guess what the great truck I got from them broke down for the third time now all and all been able to work a week and 3 days since buying from them. Thanks arrow you guys are the greatest at being dirt bags. $13,000 in repairs so far

First John Shelly, then Phil, the manager, have been very helpful and patient throughout the entire purchase process. They did their best to provide me with as many options as possible within my budget, and then Phil did whatever he could to help me with the pricing. The truck has just hit the road, and I had to change the batteries. That was the only issue I encountered. Hopefully no other issues will come up in the following weeks.

I bought a used truck from Arrow Truck Sales in Bolingbrook, IL, and less than 7 days later it started having transmission and engine issues. I immediately contacted them, but instead of helping or offering to exchange or take back the truck, they just told me to take it to a shop — meaning I lose time, money, and a driver. Selling a truck that breaks down in under a week is unacceptable. Buyers beware — inspect everything carefully and document your purchase! I purchased truck FREIGHTLINER CASCADIA 2019 with 516k miles on it from Konrad, this is youngest seller from Poland, my name is Atai, he knows me very well, so after 2 weeks of purchasing engine is dead, I was on the road, god blessed that I was like only 500 miles from Chicago area, and towing was not more then 5k$ So I purchased truck for 41500$ with good discount from Konrad, he tell me that he never sells junk trucks, only good ones, after the engine dead I sell this truck for parts for 27000$ because Konrad tell me that is 100% my problems and he gonna not help me with that, please be careful when you choosing dealership to buy a truck, especially people who wanna buy for cash and invest some ready money for this, I would never go and work with Arrow trucks again, because they are sel

i bought my fright liner truck from them on june 5 2024 and after taking possession i find out my steer brake are not good and failed dot and on july 9 2024 my drive seat frame came off due to crack on iron plates and while i was on highway i was lucky god saved me otherwise lots people on highway got hurt that day and my air lines on cat walk were rotted and leaking air so all together they sold me truck that was not road worthy and after selling me the truck my sales man joe carlson quit and started working for m&t truck sale bur ridge il truck sales so he can cheat people there too what happened to all these multimillion dollar companies that hired cheater and less knowledgeable people to there office i guess all millionaires are not smart cause they inherited from there smart daddy so
