Few months ago I had a truck burned up that I paid cash for never financed a truck had a few issues with different dealers drove all the way to Iowa for a piece of s*** truck that I left there, put application in at arrow salesman Wilson fish reached out to me worked with finance to help me get my business credit up and going got me in a Mack anthem. Had a couple issues at first but Wilson and Jim the manager top of the line 100% guys they believe in customer service and taking care of the customer to the end. Big thanks to Wilson and Jim for all your help getting me back on the road.
The buying experience was great at the Atlanta location of Arrow Truck Sales. Wilson was our Sales Consultant and he walked us through each step with professionalism. This is our first purchase as owner operators and so far so good. I think we made a good purchase. I said we'd be back in a year for truck number two.
I have to say when you care more about helping people vs just another sell it shows. I had a rough day and was on my 3rd being over qualified for a job. Lamar said bet on yourself. So I did. I bought my first truck, and he helped me from beginning to end. He advocated for me with the banks and stayed in contact. He closed the deal. One of the best sales experiences I have had in a while. I recommend him any day. Go check him out. He had one drawback though. He is an Bama fan. GO DAWGS. Seriously great customer service, great knowledge of duty, responds quickly to ALL of your questions and most of all a people person. Definitely 5 star rating and deserves some accolades in the office!!!!!
My husband and I purchased a 2020 Mack Anthem from Lamar. He was absolutely amazing. He was professional, knowledgeable, and down to earth. He helped us with the entire process, explaining every step and addressing all of our questions and concerns. We would definitely recommend reaching out to Lamar.
