Ismail is AMAZING! I had a blowout on 75-S and was referred to Prestige. Once he was dispatched, he called me and gave me an exact timeframe for his arrival. I was literally on the side of the highway and he came directly to the correct mile marker. It took all of 10 mins for him to replace my tire and get me rolling again all while making sure the both of us were safe from traffic on the highway. He also found the issue with the tire that blew out. I will be forever grateful. Ismail has the best customer service and I will use his services again as well as recommend.
Ismail is very respectful, fast and mindful, he came all the way to kenessaw despite the foggy weather, fixed my tire and didn't leave until I took off. Asante.
After waiting 2 hours on a hero unit, I just decided to call them. They came in 30 minutes flat and changed my tire in less time than that!
