I highly recommend Art Works! Brought in our 1990 Volvo DL240 that had taillight issues. "Other" repair centers told us we were out of luck. "Too old to work on". i checked the reviews on Dave Works, and they were extremely good. I now understand why. They solved our issue quickly and were more than fair on the price. Thank you Dave, Shane and Art! We will use you from now on.

Great service and even better management! As a Young person learning how to take care of her car, it can be nerve wracking to talk to auto repair shops about what’s wrong with a car when you don’t know a lot, but I can attest that Dave & Shane at Art Works were very professional and willing to explain to me what was wrong with my car in an easy to understand way. They also provided videos and broke down the parts/ service on the receipt in an upfront and courteous manner.

My Volvo's main battery died while I was parked at Whole Foods, and Dave went above and beyond by coming directly to the store to charge it so I could drive to Art Works to have a new one installed. Truly outstanding customer service! I've had a few other repairs done with Dave and Art Works Volvo, and he's always been an excellent mechanic. I highly recommend their services! I took my '91 Volvo 240 into Art Works for the first time a few weeks ago for an axle center-bearing replacement, as well as a power steering rack replacement. Both repairs were done in a timely manner, and the hourly labor rate was reasonable. Their customer service was excellent. I felt like a valued customer. They took the time to explain the issues, why the repair was needed, and were happy to explain some of the technical details when I showed an interest. They went the extra mile when they saw my front tire tread was dangerously low, and installed a pair of loaner wheels to may sure my 240 stayed safe on the road. I am glad to have found an independent shop that is knowledgable and meticulous. I'll happily take my Volvo here for maintenance and repairs in the future.

I'm not sure if 5 stars is actually enough for Artworks. Dave and the boys represent the quality and skills to keep these cars running like you should expect from the most top notch mechanic shops for any make or manufacturer, but because Volvos are so finicky and tricky to work on it raises the bar that much higher. For over the last ten ir fifteen years they have helped me keep not only my first but also my second Volvo running and up to snuff, be ut by service, repair but also with helpful diy pointers for jobs that most would just send a car to the wrecking yard over. I encourage anyone who loves their Volvo to feel the upmost confidence in trusting Artworks to solve all your Volvo needs
