From the time I called to the time I left the shop, I was informed all through the process. Communication is excellent. There was a change last minute for one service to be cancelled for now, and it was no problem to recind. All of the staff were communicative, courteous, kind and informative. Prices were clearly explained and comparable to the general automotive market repairs. I will be back for my other services instead of the dealership!

Recently, as I was out doing errands at different stops, I suddenly realized that my brakes were barely working, having to push them down as far as I could to make a stop. I immediately returned home and called McCabe's Auto to ask for their immediate, if possible, attention to my lack of brake power in our car. They said to bring it in immediately, which we did, and they examined, and repaired, our brake system in just 24 hours. As this is our only car, we so appreciated their quick help and repair when it was badly needed. They were very kind to us and returned our car in perfect working condition - for which we are very, very grateful.

I had never been here but have driven by here many times…until I needed a second opinion if my car had total engine failure. It was easy to book the appointment, I found them reputable through AAA and not only were they super kind, they explained everything, were very transparent and communicated consistently. I really appreciate you guys saving me $6000+ dollars.

Needed a scheduled service on my 13 yr old CR-V and didn't want to pay the dealership's high price. Called McCabe's. They got me right in for a much better price, and even gave me a loaner car for use while they were working on mine.
