The store and their employees are fantastic and saved me so much $$$. The staff are super friendly and I cannot say enough about the value of the free diagnostic testing. I had an issue with my oxygen sensor on an old Hyundai and genuinely saved $400 compared to the costs of my usual mechanic. Highly recommend to all, especially as a mechanical nube. The staff were supportive and not patronizing in any sense!

I visited your University Place store today (3/28/25) to exchange Bosch Envision wiper blades that were not performing well. I did not have the actual receipt; I presented the store manager with my credit card statement showing the date and the total charge. He informed me that there was nothing he could do without the original receipt. He was obviously not going to attempt to assist me without the receipt. I left the store and called the credit card company to see if they could provide me with any kind of transaction number. I then returned to the store and met your Commercial Manager, Chase Clinkenbeard and asked for assistance. Mr. Clinkenbeard said this process would take a few minutes and he looked up my original transaction by the date of purchase and quickly exchanged the wip

The manager seems angry all the time, bro it’s not the customer’s fault that you hate your job
