Didn't stick to their word. My truck was overheating on the way through Denver, needing to get home I was in search of a shop to get me taken care of ASAP. I called them, explained my situation and they said they could get me taken care of the next day. So I to booked a hotel near them for the night. That cost $300. I put all my eggs in one basket thinking they would take care of me. I showed up they took my keys and said they would look at it when they had time. Then they state they won't be able to look at it until the next day. Meanwhile I'm stuck in Denver with my 3 year old my mom and my 5th wheel. Don't say you can get someone taken care of if you can't. I fixed it myself in a oreillys parking lot. I would have done this the night before but they said they could do the job. Don't tr

While visiting from out of state, had a potential serious issue with my Santa Fe. As I was on a strict time line, they got me in and quickly diagnosed the problem. When you are away from home, it's great to find people who will go the extra mile to help. Highly recommend this business.

I had an appointment for a routine oil change, but noticed some white smoke emitting from the hood about a week before my appointment. I emailed about my situation and they were extremely responsive and friendly. They were able to get me in sooner to check on the problems. They were very straight forward with the issues, and had a quick turnaround. Overall, they had great communication, were very friendly, and seemed very knowledgeable/reliable. I wish I had found them sooner!

By far the best mechanic around. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Rich is always happy to work with me and my budget and the rest of the staff does a terrific job. You will never be charged for something you didn’t know about and everything is always fixed in a very timely manner without issues down the road. They stand by their product and I respect that. I would give this 10 stars if I could. I took both vehicles I have owned to them and when it was finally time to upgrade they were more than happy to check out the newer vehicle before I bought it.
