ASAP Towing and Recovery

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had to get a tow on November 7 in the late afternoon/early evening, and I’m so thankful that Drew from ASAP Towing and Recovery was the one who came to help. He was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about the best practices for loading and unloading my car. He even gave me a ride to my destination and was genuinely polite and interesting to talk to. The tow was arranged through AAA, and while it took a little while for dispatch, I later learned that Drew had to come from quite a distance — and it was absolutely worth the wait. He stayed late to make sure everything was handled safely and smoothly, which I truly appreciate. Casey picked up and dropped off a shed for me - this man is so professional and capable with his truck. Never seen someone with that much skill and control. Also they got me on the schedule the next day! ASAP indeed! 100% recommend to others.

I wish I could give zero stars. The driver REAKED of marajuana so bad that I had to throw away my rubber key chain from the dwelling smell. On top of this they towed my car incorrectly and caused further damage to it AFTER I specifically told them it needed a flat bed. Customer service was RUDE and highly inappropriate. They will not follow any of your requests for YOUR vehicle and do whatever they want. STAY FAR FAR AWAY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR AND IT NOT BEING DAMAGED!!

I was put in touch with ASAP by AAA. ASAP did an excellent job. They got to me quickly, replaced my flat tire with my spare, and refilled the spare tire for me. I'm very grateful, thank you guys!

They're partnered with AAA in my area. I called AAA roadside assistance. They were assigned to tow my vehicle. After being promised they would arrive within 45 minutes and 3 hours had lapsed, I called AAA and they informed me my tow service had been canceled. Fast forward to the next day, I tried scheduling another tow and get assigned the same tow company, but I was assured they would be here today. An hour after they were scheduled to arrive, I call AAA and they once again canceled the tow service without any notification and I'm now waiting for AAA to attempt to find another tow service...Would not recommend.
