Well, having my vehicle unexpectedly towed wasn't fun from a place i shouldn't have parked, but the people at ASAP Towing couldn't have been nicer and made the process of retrieving my vehicle efficient and professional. And, zero damage. Just surprised that it wasn't a hassle at all. Very pleasant people there.

I had the worst experience with ASAP Towing. My insurance company initially assigned them to tow my vehicle, but after waiting over an hour, I found out they never even received the assignment. When I asked how that was possible, I was hung up on. Eventually, a new driver named Sukar was dispatched, and things went from bad to worse. The moment he arrived, he rudely told me to get off the phone because he “didn’t have much time.” Completely unprofessional. When we got to the drop-off location, Sukar sat in his vehicle and took a photo of my credit card and ID without asking for consent, claiming he was sending it to dispatch. I told him I was uncomfortable with that and offered to provide the info directly, but he laughed it off and didn’t take me seriously. To make matters worse — he d

My car battery died so I called Geico and they sent Yousif from service at ASAP towing. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He understood exactly what the problem was after taking a look at my battery and was able to replace it for me on the spot with a brand new battery in a short amount of time.
