The guys at the service desk were exceptional! They went above and beyond to make sure I had what I wanted while waiting on my truck being serviced. The hot chocolate was absolutely amazing! Keep up the great work guys!!

What an absolute pleasurable experience coming to a dealership this was, (have those words ever been uttered before?) I broke down in Stuart, Iowa 10/27/25 Icalled in at 0700 and talked to the service department to see how far out they were on looking at my truck, they assured they would get me in that day. (I was skeptical) I got towed in about noon, by 1230 my truck was in the shop, they had the major issues resolved by 1600. I was also having an intermittent ABS issue, so I asked them to hunt that issue down. I reserved a hotel, they had a loaner car for me to use for the night, (I’ve been driving 30 years, never has a dealer gave me a loaner car to use). 2nd shift called about 2030 and said all issues were resolved. My 2015 Prostar had been having problems for about a month I had taken to an independent shop in Laredo TX. Only to have to do Regens every 4-5 days. Lost truck power in Missouri and was on my way to Denver pulling 79,000 lbs. my Truck started to derate and had Temp sensor light, DPF Light and Triangle come on all at once about 70 miles east of DesMoines. I called Cummins North America who referred me to Halloran in Altoona. These guys were quick to get my truck into the shop within an hour. Pete was very courteous and explained that they could get it fixed and back on the road. While waiting they bought pizza and let us use their break room. Awesome service! Our service advisor was Adnan Smailbegovic Adnan showed everything! Professionalism, courtesy, knowledge and above all compassion to me, my wife and dog’s plight and needs. After an altercation with a deer who stole my bumper and put a hole in my rad, Adnan told us he had the parts in stock and we should be up and running by days end! A man of his word, the job was done in record time! My hats off to the mechanics who were involved and to the dealership that employs these great people! It’s service like this that will win customers over. I hope other dealers take notice and understand “This is how it’s done” trust me I’ve dealt with other dealerships and nightmare doesn’t come close to some situations I’ve been in. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the experien
