Big O Tires

This is my third visit and just as my first 2 visits everything was perfect. Great low prices. Shockingly low actually... considering the great quality service of the expert team they have at this location! The cherry on top, for me, is the EXCELLENT customer service. They have the friendliest, most helpful , and informed employees! I walk in and get an oil change, that only took 30 minutes, no appointment, and it was the same price as Walmart. Which is pretty spectacular when I'm getting much better quality service!! On my first visit I desperately needed 4 new tires and an alignment. They got me in the next day, got me set up with no interest payments for 6 months, AND they were so kind and understanding of my financial situation as not all of us have $700 to drop all at once!! I'm new

I cannot rave about this place enough! I was working in Des Moines that day, when I noticed that my brakes were making a funny sound, and I had some pretty severe damage to my front tire, on a vehicle I just bought. I couldn’t find a single other shop that was willing to get my in quickly, until I found these guys. Originally I had just asked them to replace the tire and look at the brakes. It ended up being sooo much worse than I thought, but their team didn’t hesitate even for a moment! They got right to work ordering the parts I needed, getting me fixed up and getting me back home to my babies! Kody was so sweet, helpful and understanding, in a situation that was so so stressful! Highly recommending this foe your tires and auto service needs. The alignment here are the most economical around the metro area. I was quoted $80, ended up cost $96. Which is a substantial saving amongst ALL the provider in close proximity. Brian was friendly, courteous, and professional. He was able to change my appointment and got me in earlier. The facility was well maintained and super clean. Friendly staff, fast service, and clean facility, what else do we need.......coffee and snacks? Nope, that would add to higher pricing. Big O tires..don't change a thing. You are the best in town. Highly recommending this place. Added bonus: military discounts.

I went in to get an alignment and a rebalance of all of my tires because I just had my tires rotated somewhere else and noticed that there was a bit of a shake. I had heard Counter Guy 1 tell the customer in front of me that there is an option to check the alignment before they actually do an alignment (to see if it even needs to be done) so I asked for that service as well. When we were talking about pricing for the rebalance I had been surprised that it was $16.99 per tire. That seemed high to me. When Counter Guy 1 wrote up the service order, he put the one-time alignment and only one charge of $16.99 ... not four separate charges. I thought he was just doing me a solid as I'd seemed really surprised at the price. That's totally my fault for assuming. I should have asked about it. Ab

I made an appointment because my brakes were sounding crazy. The gentleman working the front desk was very kind and they got my car in quickly. They determined that it was likely just ice (thanks Iowa) and the tech chipped a lot of it off for me. My car sounds much better now. This was my first visit and I'll definitely be back!
