I had a good experience when purchasing my 2018 ford f-250. My salesman David “Bob Ross” Barksdale was kind and helpful. But the problem wasn’t entirely the buying of the truck. It was the service and detailing of the truck. When I first took the truck that I eventually bought for a test drive. I noticed that the detailing of it was bad. There was still crumbs and wrappers on the ground and compartments. Also notice that the front and sides camera was very foggy. So I pointed all those things out and asked if I could get the truck fixed and detailed when purchasing it. They agreed and said that they will be contacting me about it to make an appointment. We had a awesome time here , We purchased a 2018 Civic Type R , not only did they let us test drive it but after we decided to buy it the let us take it to our bank that was a hr away , And it really showed us that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car . This was our 1st time buying from a dealership and helped us decide on it . WOULD DEFINITELY BUY FROM AGAIN !!! Justin the salesman helped us through the process and was very nice , and the rest of the staff was very friendly as well , they also have texted the last couple days to make sure we was happy with it .thank everybody for everything and helping us get our dream car :)

I had a very disappointing experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I felt rushed through the signing process. I was also charged $900 for an app that was never discussed or presented to me beforehand. Two weeks later, I still have not received all of my paperwork despite requesting it. The total price of the vehicle did not match what I understood during negotiations. I would strongly encourage anyone buying here to review every document carefully and confirm the full purchase price before signing. Transparency and communication were lacking in my experience.
