I have been a customer for 8 years was lied to about a return on the part if they was straight up with me in the first place, it wouldn't have been a problem. But they weren't over a $160 part. They lost the 8 year customer. I did not suggest anyone buying parts from this company.

Ordered a battery separator for next day air, figuring it still might take a couple days to arrive as many websites are that way. Received it early the next morning with bonus bag of popcorn. In an industry of vendors that often let me down, this was a great experience with ASE. Will definitely use them again next time. Thank you!

I came to ASE Supply looking for a very special older style electronic switch. This is a switch that I couldn't find in big quantities anywhere. ASE didn't have any in stock either, but Katie contacted the manufacturer for me and somehow got the manufacturer to make some for me. This is something I had asked other suppliers to do but none could do what ASE and Katie did for me. This company proactively helped me, a new customer, get exactly what I needed. Thanks for your dedicated efforts to help us over the last several months!

Not sure who handles customer support at this company, but I was treated by an extremely rude person. Worst expreience I've ever had and definitely will not come back, I ordered parts for one of my trucks and shortly after my truck got in an accident. I cancelled the order only 10 hours after placing the order and was charged nearly half the price for that. This was a horrible encounter with this company and will never repeat even if I need to pay more for a part somewhere else in the future.

Such good people! They stand behind their product and their word - holding true to any pricing, eta, or otherwise. They are polite, responsive and willing to assist with anything you come to them for. Thank you for such impeccable service! We will come here for any inverter issues :)
