I understand that they probably deal with a lot of "losers" in their eyes in the repo business, but the unprofessional and rude demeanor from Tonya is unacceptable. Please keep in consideration that some GOOD PEOPLE happen to fall upon hard times. My SO had a loan from a credit union that was in default. The credit union made a verbal agreement to resume payments on loan and said we were all good, and then their attorney repossessed his vehicle WITHOUT their knowledge. Had to deal with a horrible court officer who illegally hid the vehicle for over a week, not allowing him to at least get his tools to work. Go in there to get the vehicle back, and Tonya was rude, moody and has very poor customer service skills. I hope that they find it within themselves to realize that most people coming t
