He kept me informed with the progress of my Aston Martin Rapide and it was done right, as well as, offering and providing information so I could make an educated decision about what was to be performed on my vehicle. I have been long term customer of Aston Martin Charlotte. My service advisor is Kyrolos Fawzy for FCI Charlotte. While relatively new with the company he has been a great addition to the company. He is polite, professional and communicates well.

Took my niece to check out the showroom, and oh my gosh, Umberto was so kind and helpful, really made my niece's day (seriously, she was all smiles, and just so excited).
